Everyday Technologies ApS takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it short and plain by design.

This policy applies to visitors of everyday.io and anyone who joins our waitlist or communicates with us directly.

What We Collect

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, and any information you include in your message.

When you visit the site, we may collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. This is used for analytics and to improve the site.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how people use the site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. A cookie notice will appear on your first visit.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

— Manage and communicate with our waitlist.

— Improve the site and understand visitor behaviour.

— Send product updates or announcements (only where you have consented to receive them).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

For users in the EU and EEA, we process personal data on the following lawful bases:

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Waitlist data is retained until the waitlist closes or you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; withdraw consent at any time; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

— PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) — for privacy-friendly website analytics, hosted in the EU. We do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can opt out by declining analytics cookies in the cookie notice.

— Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) — for waitlist and email communications. Data shared with Mailchimp is limited to name and email address, processed on our instructions only. Mailchimp processes data in the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

All third-party providers are selected carefully and process data only as necessary to provide their service. Where processing occurs outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our products and data practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated clearly. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
